We are expanding our remote team and seeking a high-performing Lead Manager based in Egypt who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and excels at phone communication, lead qualification, and CRM management.

Position Overview

As a Remote Lead Manager, you will be the first point of contact for motivated home sellers. You will manage inbound and outbound communication, qualify leads, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.

This role is critical in converting marketing leads into qualified acquisition opportunities.

Location: Remote (Egypt)

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation

  • $10/hour base pay + performance-based commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and follow-up campaigns
  • Qualify motivated home sellers using proven scripts
  • Gather and document property and seller information in the CRM
  • Schedule appointments for the Acquisition Manager
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications
  • Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based sales team
  • Continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline quality

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — REQUIRED
  • Minimum 1 year of cold calling, telemarketing, or lead management experience
  • Strong phone presence and active listening skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Reliable high-speed internet and consistent electricity
  • Quiet, professional remote work environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and coachability

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Real estate lead management experience
  • Experience with U.S. sellers or investors
  • Appointment setting background
  • Sales or inside sales experience
