Compensation
$125,000 – $150,000+ per year (uncapped commission)

Position Overview
As a Outside Sales Representative / Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for converting motivated seller leads into signed purchase agreements. This is a consultative, high-velocity sales role requiring strong phone skills, in-person closing ability, and disciplined follow-up.
Real estate experience is NOT required — strong sales ability is.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound motivated seller leads
- Negotiate and secure property purchase contracts
- Conduct in-person seller appointments and property walkthroughs
- Build rapport quickly and uncover seller motivation
- Perform consistent follow-up (50+ calls/day typical)
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management
- Attend local networking and marketing events as needed
- Provide daily activity and performance reporting
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with a fast-paced acquisitions team

Required:
- Proven track record in sales, inside sales, or outside sales
- Strong closing skills (phone and in person)
- Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
- Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment
- Organized with strong CRM discipline
- Clean background check
- Full-time availability
Preferred (not required):
- Real estate acquisitions experience
- Experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, or B2C sales
- Familiarity with investor or distressed property conversations
